Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до абзацу 4 пунку 3.1 розділу X «Прикінцеві та перехідні положення» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»: Установити, що на період дії встановленого Кабінетом Міністрів України карантину, відповідно до Закону України … "Про захист населення від інфекційних хвороб", закупівля товарів закупівля товарів (крім лікарських засобів, вакцин або інших медичних імунобіологічних препаратів, розхідних матеріалів для надання медичної допомоги хворим на COVID-19 та медичних виробів для вакцинації від COVID-19, медичного обладнання для закладів охорони здоров’я, що надають допомогу пацієнтам, хворим на COVID-19, систем постачання медичних газів) та послуг, необхідних для виконання заходів, спрямованих на запобігання виникненню і поширенню, локалізацію та ліквідацію спалахів, епідемій та пандемій коронавірусної хвороби (COVID-19), здійснюється в порядку, встановленому цим Законом для спрощених закупівель". З метою забезпечення санітарно-гігієнічних та протиепідемічних режимів, оптимізації заходів щодо недопущення та попередження поширення інфекції при наданні медичних послуг “Стаціонарна допомога пацієнтів з гострою респіраторною хворобою COVID-19, спричиненою коронавірусом SARS-COV-2”, виконання вимог наказу МОЗ України від 17.09.2021 №2122 “Про внесення змін до стандартів медичної допомоги “Коронавірусна хвороба (COVID-19)” розділ 6,7.
