Замовник на підставі позитивного експертного звіту та підписаних актів приймання-передачі виконаних робіт уповноваженими представниками Сторін, оплачує Виконавцю вартість фактично виконаних робіт по виготовленню проектно-кошторисної документації та проходження будівельної експертизи. Оплата виконаних робіт проводиться протягом 5 робочих днів з моменту підписання актів приймання-передачі виконаних робіт та позитивного експертного звіту за умови надання дозволу Державною казначейською службою України на проведення оплати.
