Оплата послуг здійснюється згідно з Актом прийому-передачі наданих послуг відповідно до п.1 ст.49 Бюджетного кодексу України від 08.07.2010 № 2456 – VI, у безготівковій формі та національній валюті України шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний банківський рахунок Виконавця протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів з моменту підписання Акта прийому-передачі наданих послуг. У разі відсутності фінансування з Державного бюджету України Замовник не несе відповідальності за прострочення оплати, але зобов’язується оплатити послуги відразу після надходження коштів з Державного бюджету України.
