За результатами проведення процедур відкритих торгів та виконання укладених договорів, виникла економія коштів, виділених з місцевого бюджету на забезпечення ліками хворих на рідкісні (орфанні) захворювання, а саме: 1. Кошти, зекономлені внаслідок … проведення процедур закупівель – 33977,02 грн. 2. Кошти, зекономлені внаслідок зміни ціни договору про закупівлю в бік зменшення – 122481,29 грн. Загальна сума зекономлених коштів складає 156458,31 грн. Керуючись Наказом Міністерства економіки від 15.04.2020 № 708 та Листом Міністерства економіки від 03.09.2020 р. №3304-04/54160-06 необхідно затвердити річний план закупівель на 2021 рік (зміни до річного плану закупівель на 2021 рік) код 33600000-6 Фармацевтична продукція, процедуру закупівлі керуючись абз.5 п.2 ст.4 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» - спрощена закупівля.
