Description:

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником наданих послуг в гривнях на підставі Акту наданих послуг на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця, в межах надходжень асигнувань з бюджету м. Києва на дані послуги на казначейський рахунок Замовника. Замовник оплачує надані послуги протягом 10 (робочих) днів з моменту отримання відповідного фінансування з бюджету міста Києва на свій казначейський рахунок та не пізніше 31 грудня 2021 року. У разі затримки цільового бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за надані Послуги здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання ЗАМОВНИКОМ цільового бюджетного фінансування на реєстраційний рахунок.
