Description:

Розрахунки за переданий Товар проводяться шляхом оплати Покупцем після підписання Сторонами накладної (акта) приймання-передачі товару.Оплата за фактично переданий Товар здійснюється у безготівковій формі протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати підписання обома Сторонами накладної (акта) приймання-передачі товару.У разі затримки у виділенні Покупцю бюджетних асигнувань розрахунки здійснюються протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетних асигнувань на здійснення закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Будь-які штрафні санкції в такому випадку до Покупця не застосовуються. Постачальник не може вимагати від Покупця проведення будь-яких додаткових оплат.Основні вимоги щодо умов оплати Договору визначаються згідно з положеннями статей 46-49 Бюджетного кодексу України. Грошовою одиницею, в якій здійснюються розрахунки за Договором, є гривня.
