Розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється у національній грошовій одиниці на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника на підставі Акту виконаних робіт/Видаткової накладної протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів, за умови отримання Замовником відповідного бюджетного фінансування. Розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється на підставі частини 1 статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунки за поставлений Товар за цим Договором здійснюються протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником відповідного бюджетного призначення на фінансування оплати Товару на свій реєстраційний рахунок
