Закупівля товарів, необхідних для здійснення заходів, спрямованих на запобігання виникненню і поширенню, локалізацію та ліквідацію спалахів, епідемій та пандемій гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2 на період дії … встановленого Кабінетом Міністрів України карантину, відповідно до Закону України «Про захист населення від інфекційних хвороб». Здійснюється у відповідності до Закону України від 01.07.2021 №1599-IX «Про внесення зміни до розділу X «Прикінцеві та перехідні положення» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», абзацу четвертого пункту 3-1 розділу X «Прикінцеві та перехідні положення» Закону шляхом проведення спрощеної закупівлі.
