Розрахунки за цим Договором проводяться у безготiвковiй формi на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника пiсля пiдписання видаткових накладних не пiзнiше нiж до 31 грудня 2021 року. У разi затримки бюджетного фiнансування розрахунок за послуги здiйснюється протягом 15 (п'ятнадцяти) робочих днiв з дати отримання Покупцем фiнансування з місцевого бюджету на свiй рахунок, при цьому Покупець не несе вiдповiдальнiстъ за затримку сплати коштiв.
