Відповідно протоколу щодо прийняття рішення уповноваженою особою від 23.11.2021 № 257 Переможцем було визначено ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ "ФРЕЯ ЕКО ТОЙС", код за ЄДРПОУ 42848704 із ціною за результатами аукціону 14 000,00 грн. без ПДВ. На рішення Замовника щодо визначення Переможця закупівлі була подана вимога від 24.11.2021 о 15:37 № UA-2021-11-05-002279-a.a1, що оприлюднена в електронній системі закупівель. Відповідно протоколу від 25.11.21 № 259 прийнято рішення переглянути документи Учасника спрощеної закупівлі ТОВ "ТОРГОВИЙ ДІМ "МЕДІКС", код за ЄДРПОУ 44039435, якого не визнано Переможцем. Уповноваженою особою оприлюднено відповідь на вимогу в електронній системі закупівель та скасоване рішення щодо обрання Переможцем ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ "ФРЕЯ ЕКО ТОЙС", код за ЄДРПОУ 42848704. Переможець повернувся на стадію «кваліфікація переможця». Технічної можливості повернутися до оцінки учасника ТОВ "ТОРГОВИЙ ДІМ "МЕДІКС", код за ЄДРПОУ 44039435 не має.
