Description:

Кінцевий розрахунок за надані Виконавцем Послуги здійснюється Замовником шляхом оплати протягом 5 банківських днів з моменту підписання акту виконаних робіт (наданих послуг) їх вартість згідно рахунку, наданого «Виконавцем». У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 5 банківських днів з дати отримання «Замовником» бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Будь-які штрафні санкції в такому випадку до «Замовника» не застосовуються.
