Explanation

Замовником, на підставі рішення уповноваженої особи від 12.10.2021 року, з урахуванням рішення уповноваженої особи від 28.10.2021 року, була оголошена повторна закупівля сейфів та металевих шаф для одягу, укомплектованих висувними лавками, на суму 59900,00 грн. без ПДВ. Номер закупівлі: UA-2021-10-28-011997-a. В електронній системі закупівель очікувану вартість закупівлі 59900,00 грн. помилково було вказано без ПДВ, у той час як у текстових документах, доданих до оголошення про закупівлю, у вимогах до предмета закупівлі та договорі очікувана вартість закупівлі 59900,00 грн. зазначена з урахуванням ПДВ. Зазначена помилка була виявлена на стадії укладання угоди. З огляду на викладене, та керуючись вимогами Закону ВИРІШИВ: 1. Відмінити спрощену закупівлю згідно з предметом закупівлі, код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» – 44420000-4 Будівельні товари (сейфи та металеві шафи для одягу, укомплектовані висувними лавками) на суму 59900,00 грн., з підстави, що передбачена згідно з ч. 17 ст. 14 Закону, а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
