48620000-0 Операційні системи (Операційна система Microsoft Windows 10 Home (придбання ліцензії)

Операційна система Windows 10 Home 32/64-bit (електронна версія) Придбання програмної продукції (придбання постійної (безстрокової) ліцензії на право користування програмним забезпеченням), на яку майнові права не передаються Замовнику, при цьому майнові … та авторські права на зазначену програмну продукцію залишаються у розробника/постачальника, а Замовнику надається невиключне право користування нею без права передачі самої програмної продукції та/або повноважень на її користування третім особам. Строк поставки - протягом 10 днів з дати підписання договору. Розрахунки за поставлену програмну продукцію здійснюються шляхом оплати Замовником 100% вартості протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів після підписання акта приймання-передачі програмної продукції за рахунок коштів загального фонду Державного бюджету України, за КЕКВ 2240. Попередня оплата умовами Договору не передбачається.
