в зв’язку з допущеною помилкою під час публікації річного плану в частині зазначення неправильної суми в розділі «Джерела фінансування» , існує необхідність відміни переговорної процедури закупівлі за кодом ДК 021:2015: 09120000-6 Газове паливо (природний газ) у разі наявності підстав, що передбачені згідно п. 2 ч. 8 ст. 40 Закону, а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства щодо закупівель.
