Description:

Оплата наданих Послуг здійснюється Замовником на підставі актів приймання – передачі наданих послуг шляхом перерахування коштів у національній грошовій одиниці на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяті) банківських днів. Розрахунки за надані Послуги, відповідно до умов Договору, здійснюються на підставі статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунки за надані Послуги здійснюються протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування оплати наданих послуг на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Будь-які штрафні санкції в такому випадку не застосовуються.
