Оплата по об’єкту здійснюється – протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дня підписання акту здачі-приймання робіт. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки здійснюються протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів із дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування відповідних робіт на свій реєстраційний рахунок. У разі наявності виконавчих документів на безспірне стягнення коштів з реєстраційних рахунків Замовника розрахунок за виконані Роботи здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дня безспірного стягнення у разі наявності коштів на рахунку Замовника. Розрахунок з Виконавцем Замовник проводить по факту виконаних Робіт на підставі Актів та Рахунку виконаних Робіт після отримання позитивного звіту експертизи.
