Description:

Розрахунки за виконані проектні роботи Замовник здійснює протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) календарних днів з дати підписання Сторонами Акта здачі-приймання виконаних проектних робіт, надання Замовнику Експертного звіту з позитивним висновком (рішенням) (назва експертної організації), за умови реєстрації Генпроектувальником податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних з дотриманням вимог Податкового кодексу України, та на підставі виставленого Генпроектувальником рахунку фактури. Вартість проведення державної експертизи проектної документації, Замовник сплачує протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) календарних днів після отримання від Генпроектувальника рахунку-фактури та копії належним чином оформленого договору між Генпроектувальником та (назва експертної організації).
