При визначенні очікуваної вартості закупівлі за переговорною процедурою (скорочена) було допущено технічну помилку, що призвело до порушення вимоги абз. 3 п. 3 ч. 2 ст. 40 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі по тексту цього протоколу – «Закон»), а саме 20% суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю. У зв’язку з цим, скасовується закупівля за переговорною процедурою (скорочена) Природного газу згідно предмету ДК 021:2015 09120000-6 Газове паливо (UA-2021-10-12-013775-b) на підставі п.2 ч. 8 ст. 40
