Для здачі твердих побутових відходів з об'єктів благоустрою міста Черкаси на полігон Учасника з подальшою … їх утилізацією/захороненням. 1.Поставка Товару на умовах DDP – 18003, Україна, Черкаська область, місто Черкаси, вулиця Бидгощська, 13. 2. Термін дії талонів повинен бути не менше строку дії укладеного договору. 3. Учасник зобов’язаний: - здійснювати діяльність відповідно до наказу Міністерства з питань ЖКГУ № 435 від 01.12.2010 року «Про затвердження Правил експлуатації полігонів побутових відходів»; - приймати ТПВ у кількості, що вказано у талонах, які пред’являються водієм транспортного засобу Замовника; - підтверджувати прийом ТПВ шляхом нанесення штампу у талоні або шляховому аркуші Замовника. 4. Поставка Товару здійснюється за окремими заявками Замовника протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з моменту такої заявки, до 31.12.2021 року.
