За результатами розгляду реєстру пропозицій, розкритої електронною системою закупівель, у рамках проведення спрощеної закупівлі (ідентифікатор закупівлі - UA-2021-10-06-014488-b)було встановлено,що участь у спрощеній процедурі взяв участь лише один учасник,а саме: ФОП Кандзюба Олег Володимирович. Перевіривши документи,було виявлено помилку в частині де зазначено уповноваженій особі (Виконавчого комітету), замість уповноваженій особі соціально-гуманітарного відділу Опішнянської селищної ради.
