Замовник зобов’язується здійснити оплату вартості проведеної експертизи, визначеної в рахунку-фактурі та акту виконаних робіт на поточний рахунок Виконавця на підставі статті 49 Бюджетного Кодексу України протягом 5-ти банківських днів з моменту виконання послуг та підписання акту виконаних робіт. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за проведену експертизу здійснюється протягом 10-ти банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
