Description:

Відповідно до умов договору. Оплата вартості наданих Послуг здійснюється Замовником шляхом перерахування належної до сплати суми коштів в національній валюті України у безготівковій формі на поточний рахунок Виконавця протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів після підписання Сторонами акта прийому-передачі послуг (далі – Акт). У разі затримки фінансування розрахунок за надані Послуги здійснюється протягом 3 (трьох) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. При здійсненні оплати вартості наданих Послуг Замовник обов’язково повинен вказувати у платіжному дорученні найменування Послуг, номер та дату підписаного Сторонами Акта, номер та дату цього Договору.
