Під час здійснення закупівлі за ідентифікатором UA-2021-10-05-005649-b, за предметом закупівлі природного газу за кодом ДК 021:2015: 09120000-6 Газове паливо, було виявлено порушення, а саме не завершено укладання та виконання договору, в зв’язку з відмовою постачальника від підписання договору. На момент проведення закупівлі, бюджетні установи бюджетні установи були направлені на проведення процедури закупівлі до постачальника природного газу ТОВ «Нафтогаз Трейдинг», які пропонували меншу ціну.
