Розрахунки проводяться у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахунку коштів на рахунок Продавця. У разі затримки у виділенні бюджетних асигнувань розрахунки здійснюються протягом трьох банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетних асигнувань на здійснення закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Будь-які штрафні санкції в такому випадку до Покупця не застосовуються.
