Оплата виконаних робіт здійснюється на підставі «Акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт» (форма № КБ-2в) та «Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати» (форма № КБ-3), протягом 10 банківських днів, з наступного дня після підписання Сторонами форм № КБ-2в та КБ-3 шляхом перерахування грошових коштів в національній валюті України на розрахунковий рахунок “Підрядника”, за умови надходження бюджетного фінансування відповідних видатків на рахунок «Замовника» у 2021 році.
