Розрахунки за виконаний обсяг робіт здійснюються Замовником в розмірі 100 % у безготівковій формі на підставі підписаного Сторонами акту здачі-приймання виконаних робіт протягом 14 (чотирнадцяти) робочих днів з дня його підписання. Фінансові зобов’язання Замовника за Договором виникають у разі наявності та в межах відповідних асигнувань. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за Договором за виконаний обсяг робіт здійснюється протягом 14 (чотирнадцяти) робочих днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування робіт на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
