Розрахунок Замовником за виконані Роботи здійснюється у безготівковій формі на підставі підписаного Сторонами Акта приймання виконаних робіт (Форма КБ-2в) та довідки про вартість виконаних робіт і витрат (Форма КБ-3)., після повного виконання Робіт, визначених Технічними вимогами (Додаток № 1 до Договору), наданого Виконавцем рахунку з відстрочкою платежу не менше 45 (сорока п’яти), але не більше 50 (п’ятдесяти) банківських днів з дати реєстрації податкової накладної (для платників ПДВ) / з відстрочкою платежу не менше 45 (сорока п’яти), але не більше 50 (п’ятдесяти) банківських днів з дати підписання Сторонами Акта приймання виконаних робіт (Форма КБ-2в) та довідки про вартість виконаних робіт і витрат (Форма КБ-3) (для не платників ПДВ).
