Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перерахування Замовником коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника з відстрочкою платежу протягом 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів після отримання товару згідно видаткової накладної, при наявності коштів на бюджетних рахунках. Бюджетні зобов’язання за Договором виникають у разі наявності та в межах відповідних асигнувань. Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються Замовником по мірі надходження коштів з місцевого бюджету в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань. Такі умови фінансування виключають пред’явлення штрафних санкцій щодо оплати за послуги
