У зв’язку з неможливості усунення порушень виникла необхідність у відміні спрощеної закупівлі, згідно з предметом закупівлі: «ДК 021:2015:15550000-8 Молочні продукти різні (кефір жирністю 2,5 %)» (далі – Закупівля), номер закупівлі: UA-2021-09-13-002581-a.
