Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі зазначено в Оголошенні. Перелік критеріїв та методика оцінки пропозицій із зазначенням питомої ваги критеріїв: Оцінка пропозицій спрощеної закупівлі здійснюється на основі єдиного … критерію – «Ціна без ПДВ». Питома вага критерію – 100%. Під час заповнення форм Учасник зазначає ціну пропозиції спрощеної закупівлі в гривнях без урахування податку на додану вартість (ПДВ). При укладанні договору про закупівлю ПДВ буде нараховуватися відповідно до діючого законодавства України. Розмір та умови надання забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю (якщо замовник вимагає його надати) - не вимагається. Додаток до Оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі: Додаток 1 – Проект договору про закупівлю, укладений за спрощеною закупівлею. Розміщення інформації в електронній системі закупівель здійснено замовником шляхом заповнення електронних полів, визначених адміністратором і реалізованих в електронній системі закупівель, та завантаження відповідних документів через автоматизоване робоче місце замовника згідно з наказом від 11.06.2020 року № 1082 «Про затвердження Порядку розміщення інформації про публічні закупівлі».
