Керуючись п.1 ч. 17 статті 14 Закону України від 01.07.2021 № 1599-ІХ «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі – Закон) та зважаючи на наявність підстави для відміни спрощеної закупівлі за предметом згідно «ДК 021:2015: 66510000-8 – Страхові послуги (Добровільне страхування медичних працівників та інших осіб на випадок інфікування органів дихання людини під час виконання ними професійних обов’язків, а також на випадок настання у зв’язку з цим інвалідності або смерті від захворювань, зумовлених розвитком інфільтративно-запальних (перифокальних і казеозно-некротичних) змін в легенях (туберкульозу легенів)» і необхідність вжиття у зв’язку з цим заходів, передбачених п.1 ч.17 ст 14 Закону відмінити спрощену закупівлю у разі відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі послуг.
