875/М Учасник-переможець повинен надати не пізніше укладання договору Забезпечення виконання договору. Розмір забезпечення складає 5% (п`ять) від суми договору. Замовником визначено наступні можливі види забезпечення: банківська гарантія або залог, … учасник-переможець самостійно визначає та вносить забезпечення перед підписанням договору. Замовник повертає (скасовує) забезпечення виконання договору після виконання учасником-переможцем договору не пізніше ніж протягом 10 банківських днів з дня настання зазначених обставин. Забезпечення договору не повертається (накладається стягнення) Замовником у разі невиконання постачальником умов договору.
