Ключ-опції для сервісної підтримки системи запису розмов WFO Select - 48750000-0

Технічні, якісні та кількісні характеристики предмета закупівлі, що вимагаються замовником, зазначені у Додатку 1 “Вимоги до предмета закупівлі” (Специфікація) до документації. Місце поставки товарів: м. Київ, вул. Інститутська, 9. Постачальник у строк, … що не перевищує 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати підписання уповноваженими особами обох Сторін цього Договору, але не раніше 31.10.2021, зобов’язаний здійснити поставку товару у повному обсязі. Отримання сервісної підтримки відповідно до умов програми Avaya “Support Advantage Preferred + Upgrade Advantage” - протягом 12 місяців з дати активації (але не раніше 31.10.2021). Перелік документів, які передбачені документацією та повинні бути завантажені учасником у складі пропозиції, наведений в Додатку 2 до документації.
