Description:

Відповідно до умов Договору, проєкт якого наведений в Додатку 6 до документації: оплата за надані послуги здійснюється Замовником у національній грошовій одиниці України шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця на підставі Акту приймання-передачі наданих послуг, підписаного уповноваженими представниками обох Сторін, протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) робочих днів після підписання Замовником Акту приймання-передачі наданих послуг, за умови отримання Замовником відповідного бюджетного фінансування. У випадку затримки оплати Замовником у зв’язку з відсутністю коштів на його реєстраційному рахунку, Замовник зобов’язується провести оплату протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) робочих днів з дня надходження коштів на його рахунок.
