Description:

Оплата Товару здійснюється Покупцем за рахунок бюджетних асигнувань, затверджених його кошторисом, у суворій відповідності з вимогами Бюджетного кодексу України. Оплата Товару здійснюється шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Продавця по факту постачання товару на підставі видаткової накладної та по мірі надходження коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Покупця на відповідні цілі. Покупець звільняється від відповідальності за неналежне виконання взятих на себе зобов’язань по оплаті поставленого Товару у разі ненадходження коштів (та/або відсутності фінансування видатків) Державного бюджету на зазначені цілі Покупця. Розрахунковий період, згідно цього Договору, встановлюється в 10 робочих днів з моменту підписання видаткової накладної. За домовленістю Сторін розрахунки можуть проводитися і в інші терміни. Покупець зобов’язується провести реєстрацію зобов’язань, що виникли у зв’язку з отриманням Товару згідно цього Договору, на підставі видаткової накладної. В місці постачання узгодженої партії Товару Продавець надає Покупцю: видаткові накладні, рахунок на оплату, документи, що засвідчують якість Товару (сертифікати якості, сертифікати відповідності тощо).
