З метою уникнення порушення частини 4 статті 41 Закону, відмінити спрощену закупівлю згідно з предметом закупівлі Цибулини тюльпанів, код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» – 03450000-9 - Розсадницька продукція, з підстави, що передбачена частиною 17 статті 14 Закону, а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель, зокрема: в процесі публікації оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі, в систему помилково завантажено проект договору, умови якого ні за предметом закупівлі, ні за кодом національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» не відповідають зазначеним в оголошенні.
