Розрахунки за виконані проектні роботи Замовник здійснює протягом 90 (дев’яноста) календарних днів з дати підписання Сторонами Акта здачі-приймання виконаних проектних робіт, надання Замовнику Експертного звіту з позитивним висновком (рішенням) (назва експертної організації), за умови реєстрації Генпроектувальником податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних з дотриманням вимог Податкового кодексу України, та на підставі виставленого Генпроектувальником рахунку фактури. Вартість проведення державної експертизи проектної документації у розмірі ____________ грн (____________ грн _______коп.), ___________________________, Замовник сплачує протягом 90 (дев’яноста) календарних днів після отримання від Генпроектувальника рахунку-фактури та копії належним чином оформленого договору між Генпроектувальником та (назва експертної організації).
