Оскільки, 06.08.2021 року в системі «Prozzoro» Учасник задав питання по закупівлі згідно коду ДК 021:2015 79530000-8 Послуги з письмового перекладу (Послуги письмового перекладу настанови ВООЗ з профілактики, тестування, лікування, надання послуг та моніторингу ВІЛ), ідентифікатор закупівлі UA-2021-08-03-003521-a, а відповідно до частини 7 статті 14 Закону Замовник протягом одного робочого дня з дня їх оприлюднення зобов’язаний надати роз’яснення на звернення учасників спрощеної закупівлі, які оприлюднюються в електронній системі закупівель, та/або внести зміни до оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі, та/або вимог до предмета закупівлі, ненадання відповіді вважається порушенням Закону і відповідно до п. 2 ч. 17 ст. 14: Замовник відміняє спрощену закупівлю в разі: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
