Покупець здійснює оплату за товар шляхом безготівкових банківських перерахунків на розрахунковий рахунок Продавця на умовах повної оплати виставленого Продавцем рахунку протягом 60 (шістдесяти) календарних днів з моменту поставки партії Товару, а також з урахуванням, що така оплата здійснюється після реєстрації податкової накладної в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних відповідно до статті 201 Податкового кодексу України та підписання видаткової накладної. Замовник залишає за собою право здійснити попередню оплату послуг за наявності фінансової можливості. Здійснення попередньої оплати є правом, а не обов'язком Замовника.
