Згідно з п.2 ч.17 ст.14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі – Закон) необхідно відмінити процедуру закупівлі: ДСТУ Б.Д.1.1-1:2013, ГБН Г.1-218-182:2011 Капітальний ремонт автомобільної дороги державного значення Н-01 Київ - Знам’янка на ділянці км 65 + 900 - км 79 + 950, Київська область. Науково-технічний супровід на етапі будівництва об’єкту. (71350000-6 Науково-технічні послуги в галузі інженерії) у зв’язку з неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, з описом таких порушень, які неможливо усунути, а саме: невідповідності в технічному завданні.
