3.3. Оплата наданих Послуг здійснюється по факту надання Послуг на підставі підписаного Сторонами Акту наданих послуг шляхом перерахування коштів на рахунок Виконавця у безготівковому вигляді. Акт наданих послуг підписується уповноваженими на це посадовими особами Сторін і завіряється їх печатками. 3.4. Оплата наданих Послуг здійснюється у національній валюті України на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця на підставі Акту наданих Послуг (надалі – Акт) протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів на підставі рахунку та підписаного Акту, за умови отримання Замовником відповідного бюджетного фінансування з державного бюджету.
