Розрахунки за цим Договором здійснюється Замовником в національній валюті України шляхом перерахування у безготівковій формі грошових коштів, визначених згідно п. 3.1 Договору, на поточний рахунок Підрядника протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів з дня підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін акту здачі-приймання наданих послуг. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки здійснюються протягом 7-ти банківських днів з дати отримання призначення на фінансування на свій рахунок. Кошти перераховуються органом Державної казначейської служби України, у якій обслуговується Замовник.
