Пропозиції, підготовлені Учасниками, можуть бути викладені іншою мовою, при цьому повинні мати переклад українською мовою завірений … Учасником або бюро перекладів, або нотаріусом. У разі розбіжностей з текстом оригіналу перевага надається україномовному тексту. При цьому проектна, технічна документація та інші документи, що входять до складу пропозиції та не готуються безпосередньо учасником, які викладені в оригіналі російською мовою, не потребують перекладу українською мовою. Стандартні характеристики, вимоги, умовні позначення у вигляді скорочень та термінологія, пов’язана з товарами, роботами чи послугами, що закуповуються, передбачені існуючими міжнародними або національними стандартами, нормами та правилами, викладаються мовою їх загальноприйнятого застосування.
