Керуючись вимогами статті 14 Закону, Положенням про уповноважену особу, що затверджене Наказом Головного сервісного центру МВС від 26 червня 2020 р. №101 «Про уповноважених осіб регіональних сервісних центрів ГСЦ МВС (філій ГСЦ МВС)», Уповноваженою особою РСЦ ГСЦ МВС в Харківській області було прийнято рішення, що замовник відміняє спрощену закупівлю по предмету закупівлі «Блок безперебійного живлення» - код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 “Єдиний закупівельний словник” – 31150000-2 «Баласти для розрядних ламп чи трубок» на очікувану вартість закупівлі 24 915,00 грн., оголошення UA-2021-07-12-003340-a від 12.07.2021 року, в разі наявності підстав, що передбачені п. 1 ч. 17 ст. 14 Закону, а саме: відсутність подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг. Також згідно з ч. 19 ст. 14 Закону у разі відміни спрощеної закупівлі замовником, замовник протягом одного робочого дня з дня прийняття відповідного рішення оприлюднює повідомлення про відміну закупівлі в електронній системі закупівель.
