Description:

Приймання виконаних робіт відбувається шляхом підписання Сторонами Актів здачі-приймання виконаних робіт. Виконавець складає та направляє Замовнику, належним чином ним завірений підписаний та завірений печаткою Акт здачі-приймання виконаних робіт. Замовник зобов’язаний в 3–х денний термін з моменту отримання від Виконавця Акту здачі-приймання виконаних робіт, розглянути цей Акт, і, в разі відсутності зауважень (заперечень), підписати Акт здачі-приймання виконаних робіт, і один примірник повернути Виконавцю або скласти і надіслати на адресу Виконавця мотивовану відмову від підписання Акту здачі-приймання виконаних робіт. В Акті здачі-приймання виконаних робіт Виконавець вказує виконані Роботи, їхню вартість і суму до оплати. До Акту додаються результати Робіт в 4-х примірниках (проєктно-кошторисну документацію, зведений кошторисний розрахунок вартості будівництва, локальні кошториси та розрахунки до них, експертний звіт (позитивний).
