У зв’язку із виявленням порушень, допущених під час перебігу періоду звернення за роз’ясненнями до закупівлі «Розробка проектної документації на капітальний ремонт шляхопроводу через залізничні колії на км 13+815 автомобільної дороги державного значення Н-15 Запоріжжя – Донецьк, Запорізька область (ДК 021:2015:71320000-7: Послуги з інженерного проектування)», а саме: «06» липня 2021 року у 18:07 було поставлено питання, на яке Замовником не було надано відповідь протягом одного робочого дня, що є порушенням абз. 3 ч. 7 ст. 14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
