В Оголошенні закупівлі, в переліку обсягу закупівель Замовником допущено помилку. В зв’язку з приєднанням до м. Полтава ряду ОТГ, рішенням сесії Полтавської міської ради надано полтавському КАТП-1628 повноваження на новий вид діяльності – водопостачання та водовідведення, тобто помилково не включений обсяг товару, (а саме 18830000-6 «Захисне взуття» (Черевики з високими берцями)) на працівників новоствореного відділу, у зв’язку з чим загальна пропозиція не відповідає потребі Замовника.
