1. Скасувати рішення про укладання договору з переможцем за результатами аукціону допорогової закупівлі з предметом закупівлі код ДК 021:2015 – 09310000-5 електрична енергія, учасника торгів ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ "КИЇВСЬКІ ЕНЕРГЕТИЧНІ ПОСЛУГИ" згідно п. 2 частини 17 статті 14 закону «Про публічні закупівлі», неможливість усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлення порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель, було порушення частини 15 статті 14 – порушення строків укладання договору, у зв’язку із неможливістю укладення договору та неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли.
