І. №_____ від ___________ про відміну конкурсу № UA-2021-06-24-004112-b на закупівлю товару ДК 021:2015 Код 14711100-9 Чавун у чушках Чавун переробний ПЛ1, ПЛ2. 23.06.2021 року було опубліковано конкурс № UA-2021-06-24-004112-b на закупівлю «ДК 021:2015 Код 14711100-9 Чавун у чушках Чавун переробний ПЛ1,ПЛ2 (23)». За результатами конкурсу кращу цінову пропозицію надано компанією ТОВ ЛІДЕР-АГРО КР (ЕДРПОУ 37214871). Враховуючи попередній досвід постачання чавуну від вищевказаної компанії за конкурсом №UA-2021-04-21-003619-a а саме постачання товару не належної якості та з порушенням об’єму поставки вважаю за необхідне відмінити закупівлю № UA-2021-06-24-004112-b «ДК 021:2015 Код 14711100-9 Чавун у чушках Чавун переробний ПЛ1,ПЛ2 (23)» та провести повторну процедуру закупівлі.
