У зв’язку з неможливістю внесення змін до конкурсної документації та з метою недопущення порушення основних принципів здійснення закупівель при проведенні конкурсу, Замовник відміняє конкурс на закупівлю код ДК 021:2015 Код 42530000-0 Частини холодильного та морозильного обладнання і теплових насосів (теплообмінник), номер ЦБД ProZorro UA-2021-06-16-006187-b на підставі п. 10 Конкурсної документації, а саме, за обґрунтованих причин, передбачених законодавством або нормативними документами Концерну (необхідність внесення змін в умови закупівлі, стосовно строку поставки товару).
